Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and FATCOMMA. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, so if any part of them is unclear, ask and we will say plainly what it means.

Who we are

FATCOMMA is a live streaming platform for developers, operated by Web Hero Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15866557. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Your account

You need an account to follow channels, chat, react, clip or stream. Watching needs nothing.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, and we ask for your date of birth when you create one. You are responsible for what happens under yours, so keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

One person, one account. We may refuse or remove an account that exists to get around a suspension.

What you may put here

You are responsible for everything you stream, upload, type or link to. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

The following are not allowed anywhere on FATCOMMA:

  • Material that is illegal where you are, or where we are.
  • Sexual content involving minors, of any kind, in any form.
  • Threats, harassment, or targeted abuse of a person or a group.
  • Content that promotes violence or hatred on the basis of who somebody is.
  • Anyone else's copyrighted work, without their permission.
  • Malware, credential harvesting, or anything designed to compromise a viewer.
  • Automated traffic that fakes viewers, chat, reactions or follows.

The Content Policy is the full list of what is and is not allowed here, and it forms part of these terms. Read it before you stream.

Channel settings asks whether your channel is suitable for under 18s. Answer no where it is not, and the channel is limited to viewers whose account says they are 18 or over. That marking raises the age of the audience; it does not widen what you may stream.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you already had in what you stream and upload. Nothing here transfers ownership.

To actually show it, we need your permission to host it, transcode it, cache it, generate thumbnails and clips from it, and show it to viewers on the site and in previews of the site. That permission is worldwide and royalty free, it lasts as long as the content is on the platform, and it ends when you remove the content, apart from copies already made by viewers and copies in backups that age out on their own.

If your channel keeps past broadcasts, each stream is stored as a video for 30 days and then deleted. You can turn that off, or remove any recording sooner, from Studio.

Commas, payments and payouts

Commas are the on-site unit viewers buy and send to creators. They are not a currency, they have no value away from FATCOMMA, and they cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed back out by the person who bought them.

Card payments and creator payouts are handled by Stripe. Creators taking payouts complete Stripe's identity checks and agree to Stripe's own terms as well as these.

The share of each Comma that reaches the creator is shown on the payouts page in Studio before you take any money. We will tell creators before we change it.

Buying Commas is buying digital content that is made available immediately, so the statutory fourteen day right to cancel does not apply once they are in your balance. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, tell us and we will look at it.

You are responsible for your own tax on anything you earn here.

Moderation

We can remove content, end a stream, restrict a channel or close an account when these terms are broken. Where we can, we say what happened and why.

Every enforcement decision can be appealed. Appeals are read by a person.

Channel owners moderate their own chat and are responsible for the room they run.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your channel, your recordings and your clips go with it.

We can close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. If you are owed a payout when that happens, you still get it.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that every stream will be flawless, or that anything you post will reach any particular number of people.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses we could not reasonably have seen coming.

If you are using FATCOMMA as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this document.

Changes

We will update these terms as the platform changes. When a change matters, we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page is always the date of the current version.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
